If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return hardware and unopened media within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
